This page explains how to request deletion of your NGC Platform account and associated data.

Delete through the Platform

  1. Open NGC Platform in Telegram.
  2. Open ⚙️ Settings.
  3. Select 🗑 Delete Account and Data.
  4. Read the warning and confirm deletion.
Deletion cannot normally be reversed. To use the Platform again, you may need to create a new profile and submit information again.

What is deleted

Following confirmation, the active Platform system may delete your profile, questionnaire, CVs and uploaded documents; applications, application history and Platform communications; Gmail connection records and stored OAuth tokens; and other active data associated with the account.

Gmail connection

When an account is deleted, Gmail connection records and locally stored OAuth tokens are removed and a request may be sent to revoke the relevant Google token. This does not delete emails in your Gmail mailbox, employer mailboxes, or previous Telegram chat messages, which remain in the relevant third-party services.

Backups and technical logs

Operational database backups may retain information for up to 30 days before automatic rotation and deletion. Limited technical logs may be kept for a shorter period for security and troubleshooting.
