NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC
Google & Gmail Data Use
Last updated: September 6, 2026
Gmail connection is optional
The Platform does not request, view or store your Gmail password. Gmail is connected only after you give explicit consent through Google OAuth. Before authorisation, the Platform provides an in-Platform notice about Gmail functions and its AI assistant.
How Gmail data is used
Gmail permissions are used only for User-visible functions: sending a job application or reply that you approve; retrieving and showing Employer replies in email threads created by applications sent through the Platform; and preparing translation, a short analysis or a reply suggestion you request.
AI and administrator sharing
For requested translation, analysis or a reply suggestion, the relevant Employer message and necessary application context may be sent to OpenAI, Groq or Google Gemini, depending on the function and availability. This is only for the disclosed User-facing function, and the data is not used to train a Company general-purpose model.
An administrator or Platform owner cannot automatically read an Employer reply. They can see the content only when you explicitly choose the Platform option to share that specific message with them. Without that permission, they cannot view it; you may prepare the reply yourself or with an AI suggestion.
Storage, security and disconnection
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage using Fernet encryption. You can disconnect Gmail in ⚙️ Settings. When disconnected, locally stored tokens and connection records are removed and a request may be sent to revoke the relevant Google token.
The Company does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Use of data received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Deletion and questions
See Account & Data Deletion for deleting data or disconnecting Gmail. For questions, use Contact Us.
