NGC Platform — Terms of Use

Last updated: September 6, 2026

These Terms govern the use of NGC Platform and related Telegram services, websites, digital tools, AI-powered features, and other services provided by NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC.

“Company” means NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC; “NGC Platform” or “Platform” means the NGC digital services provided by the Company; “User” means an individual using the Platform; “Employer” means an independent company or organisation to which a User may apply; and “Third-Party Services” means Google, Telegram, AI providers, hosting providers, payment providers and other independent external services.

Company details: NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC, Tax ID 309750152, Kattabog MFY, Uvat village, Yakkabog District, Kashkadarya Region, Republic of Uzbekistan.

By using the Platform, the User acknowledges review and acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Payment & Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility

The Platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 or older. By using it, the User confirms they are at least 18, have legal capacity to accept these Terms, and will use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Access may be restricted where eligibility or other important conditions are not met.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The Platform is an information, technology and digital service intended to help organise and automate parts of the job-search process. Depending on available functionality, it may create and maintain profiles, CVs and documents; display and match vacancies; prepare applications and emails; send User-approved applications; track employer replies; assist with Gmail correspondence; provide AI-assisted translation, analysis and reply suggestions; maintain application history; and offer additional digital or consulting services. Functions may be added, changed or removed over time.

3. The Platform is not an employer or government authority

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, the Company is not an employer, government authority, embassy, consulate, visa-issuing authority, or the party making an employment decision.

Use of the Platform does not guarantee employment, an interview, being hired, a job offer, an employment contract, a visa, a residence permit or a work permit. Hiring decisions remain with the relevant Employer. Visa, residence and work-authorisation decisions remain with the relevant governmental authorities.

4. Vacancies and Employer information

Vacancies may come from Employers, publicly available internet sources, job portals, partners or other lawful sources. The Company cannot guarantee that third-party vacancy information is complete, error-free, current or still available. An Employer may close a vacancy, change requirements or salary, choose another candidate or not respond; these matters are outside the Platform’s control.

5. User information

The User is responsible for ensuring that information submitted to the Platform is accurate, genuine, current, lawful and related to the User. This includes names, contact details, work history, education, certificates, CVs, photographs, passports or other documents, and professional skills. Users must not knowingly submit false information or forged documents.

6. CVs, applications and submitted content

The Platform may assist with CVs, applications, emails and other text. Users should review generated or prepared material before submission. The User remains responsible for content they approve, including CVs, applications, emails, attachments and documents. The Platform is not automatically responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the User.

7. Gmail integration

Connecting Gmail is optional and requires Google OAuth authorisation. The Platform does not receive or store the User’s Gmail password. It may send User-approved applications or employer replies, identify the email thread relating to an application sent through the Platform, retrieve relevant employer replies and display application correspondence history. Users must not connect another person’s Gmail account without authorisation.

8. Disconnecting Gmail

Users may disconnect Gmail at any time through the relevant settings. The Platform will then stop future Gmail API operations for that account, including sending new emails, retrieving new Employer replies and other Gmail-related actions. Disconnecting does not delete emails already stored in Gmail. Google permissions can also be managed through Google Account settings.

9. AI-powered features

The Platform may use AI for CV preparation, vacancy analysis, profile-to-job matching, translation or explanation of Employer messages, suggested replies, and document or application analysis. Depending on availability and function, third-party providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini and Groq may be used. AI output is an assistive suggestion, not legal advice, an official immigration decision, an employment decision or a governmental determination. Users should review important AI-generated content before sending or relying on it.

10. Automated matching

The Platform may compare a User’s occupation, qualifications, work experience, language skills, job preferences and other relevant profile information with vacancies. Matching results are recommendations only, not a hiring or rejection decision, visa decision, residence-permit decision or other legal determination.

11. Additional services

The Company or Platform may offer document preparation, translation, apostille or legalisation assistance, insurance, application-form preparation, consulting, ticketing or other travel-related services. Some services may be provided by independent third parties. The Platform does not guarantee apostille issuance, successful legalisation, insurance approval, visa approval or a positive government decision.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on Telegram, Google, Gmail, AI providers, hosting providers, payment providers, job portals and other technical services. The Company does not fully control the availability, continuity, policies or security of independent third-party systems. Their interruption or change may affect Platform functions.

13. External links

The Platform may link to job sites, Employer sites, government sites and other external resources. External sites are independent from NGC Platform. The relevant third party is responsible for its content, privacy practices, security and services.

14. Paid services

Some functions may be free and others paid. Payments are for access to and use of the Platform and relevant functions, not guaranteed fees for employment, a job offer, employment contract, interview, visa or residence permit. Prices, plans, access periods and refund rules are described in the Payment & Refund Policy.

15. Subscriptions and access periods

Where subscription-based or time-limited access is offered, price, duration, plan and included functions will be shown before payment. Certain paid functions may become unavailable when the relevant access period ends.

16. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under the separate Payment & Refund Policy. Failure to receive an Employer reply, failure to be hired or visa refusal does not automatically create a refund right. Mandatory legal refund rights prevail where applicable.

17. Prohibited use

Users must not use the Platform for spam; false job applications; fraudulent CVs; forged documents; unauthorised impersonation; unlawful activity or fraud; attempts to compromise security; unauthorised automated requests; interference with operations; infringement of third-party rights; malicious code or files; or attempts to access another User’s account.

18. Suspension or restriction of access

The Company may temporarily or permanently restrict access where these Terms are violated, false information or documents are detected, fraud is suspected, spam or unlawful use is detected, security is threatened, another User or third party is harmed, or restriction is required by law. Where reasonably possible, the User may be told the reason.

19. Account and data deletion

Where available, Users may request deletion through Settings → Delete Account and Data. Deletion may remove profile information, CVs, uploaded documents, Platform application records, Platform communications and Gmail connection data from active systems. Prior Gmail emails and Telegram chats may remain in those third-party systems. Some information may remain temporarily in technical backups for up to 30 days.

20. Platform availability

The Company seeks stable operation but does not guarantee 100% continuous availability. Temporary interruptions may result from server failures, maintenance, updates, Telegram, Google, Gmail or hosting outages, third-party API failures, internet or telecommunications issues, security incidents or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

21. Changes to the Platform

The Company may modify functions, add new functions, remove certain functions, change the interface or update the service model as part of Platform development. Users may be notified of material changes where appropriate.

22. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Platform name, design, software, interface, text, logos, data structures and original materials may belong to the Company or relevant rights holder. Unauthorised copying, sale, redistribution, creation of Platform copies or commercial exploitation may be prohibited. Users retain rights in their own original CVs, photographs, documents and information.

23. Permission to process User materials

By uploading a CV, document or other material, the User permits the Company to store, process, format and send it to a User-approved Employer only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the relevant Platform service. This does not transfer ownership of User materials to the Company.

24. Security

The Company applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their Telegram and Gmail accounts and credentials, not grant unauthorised access, and avoid uploading unnecessary confidential information.

25. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not automatically responsible for outcomes from decisions or services outside its reasonable control, including Employer decisions, vacancy closure, non-response, visa refusal, government decisions, third-party site or API failures, or Gmail, Telegram and other external-service outages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Misuse and harm

If unlawful use of the Platform or breach of these Terms causes loss or harm to the Company, another User, an Employer or a third party, the matter may be addressed under applicable law.

27. Privacy

How personal information is collected, used, stored, shared and deleted is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of the terms governing Platform use.

28. Google/Gmail data

Additional information about Google API and Gmail data is provided on the Google/Gmail Data Use page. The Platform’s use of information received from Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.

29. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Mandatory consumer-protection or other legal rights are not waived by these Terms.

30. Dispute resolution

If a question, complaint or dispute arises, Users are encouraged to contact the Company first. The parties may seek resolution through communication, written complaint, negotiation and mutual agreement. If unresolved, the matter may be handled under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

31. Severability

If a competent authority determines that a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. The invalidity of one provision does not automatically invalidate all Terms.

32. Changes to these Terms

The Company may update these Terms because of Platform development, new functions, legal changes, security requirements or changes in third-party services. The revised version will be published with an updated date. Additional notice may be provided for material changes.

33. Recording User consent

Before using the Platform, Users may be given access to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Payment & Refund Policy. Users may accept through a separate confirmation button. Where technically implemented, the Platform may record the accepted document version, acceptance date and time, and associated User account.
