NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC

Payment & Refund Policy

Effective date: September 6, 2026

This Payment & Refund Policy applies to payments made for NGC Platform, related Telegram services, websites, digital tools, AI-powered features, and other related services provided by NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC.

In this Policy, “Company” means NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC; “NGC Platform” or “Platform” means the NGC digital platform and related functions provided by the Company; and “User” means an individual using the Platform.

By using the Platform or purchasing a paid service, the User acknowledges and accepts this Policy.

1. What payments are for

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant service description, payments are service fees for access to and use of the Platform, its digital functions and related services.

Payments may cover access to the Platform; paid plans or subscriptions; vacancy and application tools; CV or resume creation and editing; AI-assisted job-search tools; automated matching; preparation of applications or emails; sending User-approved applications; tracking employer replies; document-processing tools; translation, analysis and AI-assisted features; premium functions; and additional digital or consulting services.

2. Prices

The applicable price is shown before payment. Prices may vary by plan type, duration, selected features, service type, promotion, discount, promotional code or additional services. The Company may change prices for future purchases, but price changes do not retroactively affect completed payments.

3. Payment authorisation

Before payment, Users should have an opportunity to review the service or plan name, price, duration, key functions and applicable limitations. By completing payment, the User confirms authorisation to purchase the relevant service.

4. Payment methods

The Platform may use bank cards, bank transfers, payment providers, electronic payment systems or other supported lawful payment methods. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. The Company may not directly store full payment-card details; those details may instead be handled by the relevant bank or provider.

Access to a paid plan may be activated after payment status is confirmed. Where permitted by law, certain payments may also be manually verified by the Company.

5. Currency and conversion

Prices may be displayed in UZS, USD, EUR or another currency shown on the Platform. If a User’s payment method uses a different currency, conversion rates, bank fees, international transaction charges or payment-provider fees may apply. Such charges are not determined by the Company.

6. When a service is considered started

A digital service may be considered started when a paid plan is activated, premium access is granted, work begins on a CV or another order, an AI or automated function is used, a paid job-search function is activated, a User-approved application begins processing, or work begins on the User’s request. This may be considered when reviewing a refund request.

7. General refund rule

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A full refund may not always be available where a service has been fully provided, substantially performed, used by the User, or accessed through activated paid functionality.

Nothing in this Policy restricts mandatory rights provided by applicable law. Where applicable law requires a refund, the Company will provide it in accordance with that law.

8. Situations where a refund may be available

Duplicate payment: if the same service was charged two or more times because of a technical error, the duplicate amount may be refunded.

Service not activated: if a technical issue attributable to the Company prevents access to the purchased service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.

Service cannot be provided: if the Company accepts payment but cannot provide the service for reasons attributable to the Company, a full or partial refund may be issued.

Refund required by law: where mandatory consumer-protection or other applicable law requires a refund, it will be provided as required by law.

Other reasonable circumstances: after reviewing the circumstances, the Company may approve a full or partial refund at its discretion.

9. Situations that normally do not create a refund right

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the following alone do not normally justify a refund: changing one’s mind or deciding not to use the Platform; no longer needing a plan; no employer reply; not being hired; no interview; vacancy closure; an employer changing its decision; choosing not to continue applying; visa or immigration refusal; inaccurate or incomplete information; breach of Platform rules; or substantial use of the service.

The Platform provides access to services and functionality rather than guaranteeing a particular outcome.

10. Partial refunds

Where only part of a service has been provided, a partial refund may be considered. The amount may take into account work already performed, functions used, plan period used, technical resources consumed, administrative work and third-party costs. This section does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.

11. Subscriptions and plans

If the Platform later offers monthly, annual, recurring or automatically renewing subscriptions, the applicable terms will be shown before payment. If automatic renewal is used, the User will be informed in advance where required. Cancellation may stop future charges, but does not automatically create a refund right for a period already used.

12. Third-party services

Insurance, translation, apostille, legalisation, notarial services, tickets, legal or consulting services and other partner services may be offered through or in connection with the Platform. If payment is made directly to a third-party provider, the applicable refund is governed by that provider’s terms and applicable law. The Company may not be responsible for issuing a refund for a payment it did not directly receive.

13. Discounts, bonuses and promotional codes

If a refund is approved for a purchase made using a discount, bonus or promotional code, it may be limited to the amount actually paid. Unused promotional or bonus value may not be refundable in cash.

14. How to request a refund

Send a request through the official channels on our Contact Us page. Where possible, include your full name, Telegram ID or Platform account information, payment date and amount, transaction or receipt number, purchased service and reason for the request. The Company may request additional information or proof of payment.

15. Review of refund requests

Requests are reviewed within a reasonable period. Complex cases may require additional verification involving a bank, payment provider, transaction records or third-party service provider.

16. Refund method

Where possible, an approved refund will be returned using the original payment method. For example, a bank-card payment may be refunded to the same card or processed through the applicable payment provider. Processing times controlled by banks or providers may be outside the Company’s control.

17. Bank and payment-provider fees

Fees charged by banks, payment providers or other financial intermediaries may not be included in the refund unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If there is a payment issue, please contact us first through the Contact Us page. Knowingly false chargebacks, attempts to reverse a legitimate payment after using the service, or payment fraud may lead to account restrictions. This does not limit a User’s lawful right to dispute a payment or exercise consumer rights.

19. Technical interruptions

Temporary server outages, maintenance, Telegram, Google or Gmail disruptions, internet issues, third-party API failures or temporary payment-provider outages do not automatically create a right to a full refund. If the Platform is unavailable for a prolonged period and the purchased service becomes effectively unusable, the Company may fix the issue, extend the service period, or consider a partial or full refund.

20. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, using their account lawfully, reviewing the service description and price, having authority to make the payment, and not using another person’s payment method without authorisation. Paid services are also intended for individuals aged 18 or older.

21. No guarantee of results

The Platform provides digital tools and related services. The Company does not guarantee employment, employer acceptance or response, an interview, an employment contract, a visa, a residence or work permit, or a positive decision by a government authority or third party. Failure to achieve any of these outcomes does not by itself create an automatic right to a refund.

22. Mandatory legal rights

This Policy is not intended to waive or restrict mandatory rights granted by applicable law. If any part conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the relevant legal requirement prevails.

23. Changes to this Policy

The Company may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be published on the relevant Platform webpage with an updated effective date. Where material changes occur, additional notice may be provided through the Platform.
