NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC collects, accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes personal information in connection with NGC Platform.

In this Policy, “Company” means NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC; “NGC Platform” or “Platform” means the NGC digital services provided through Telegram and related web services; and “User” means an individual using the Platform.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal information is NOBLEMAN GLOBAL CONSULTING LLC, Tax ID: 309750152, Kattabog MFY, Uvat village, Yakkabog District, Kashkadarya Region, Republic of Uzbekistan. Privacy enquiries may be sent to info@noblemanglobalconsulting.com.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. The Company does not knowingly provide the Platform to children under 18 or intentionally collect their personal information. If we learn that such information has been submitted, we may take reasonable steps to delete it as permitted or required by applicable law.

3. Information we may process

Depending on the features used, the Platform may process a Telegram user ID, name, username, phone number and email address; date of birth, residence and citizenship; occupation, qualifications, work experience, education, language skills and driving licence information; CVs, resumes, photographs, diplomas, certificates and other uploaded documents; profile and job-search information; selected vacancies, applications, employer emails and employer replies relating to applications sent through the Platform.

We may also process limited technical, security and troubleshooting information, together with messages sent through our contact channels. We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide the relevant Platform functionality.

4. Google and Gmail data

Connecting Gmail is optional. If you choose to connect it, the Platform requests authorisation through Google OAuth. The Company does not receive or store your Gmail password.

Gmail permissions are used only to send a job application or reply explicitly approved by the User, identify the Gmail thread associated with an application sent through the Platform, retrieve an employer reply relating to that application, and display the application and communication history to the User. The Platform does not conduct a general scan of your Gmail inbox, use inbox contents to build a profile, or use Gmail data for advertising.

5. Google OAuth tokens

OAuth access and refresh tokens may be stored where necessary to maintain the Gmail connection. Tokens are encrypted before storage within the Platform infrastructure. They are not your Gmail password, are not sold, are not used for advertising, and are not used for purposes unrelated to the Gmail integration. You may disconnect Gmail at any time.

6. Use of information received from Google APIs

NGC Platform uses information received from Google APIs only to provide the Google/Gmail functionality requested by the User. NGC Platform’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is not sold; used for advertising, targeted advertising, advertising profiles, or unrelated marketing; or used to determine eligibility for credit, insurance, or similar services.

7. Human access to Gmail message content

Company personnel, administrators and the owner do not routinely read Gmail message content obtained through Google APIs. Employer message content is not automatically made available to an administrator merely because that person administers the Platform.

A User may explicitly choose to share one specific employer message with an administrator or service representative. Only then may the content of that specific message be visible to them. Without that explicit choice, the content is not available to them. Human access may otherwise occur only as reasonably necessary and permitted: with the User’s explicit consent, to resolve User-requested support, to investigate abuse or security incidents, or when required by law.

8. Purposes for processing

Information may be used to create and manage accounts and profiles; create, store or manage CVs and documents; display and match vacancies; prepare and send User-approved applications; display employer responses and application history; provide translation, AI-assisted analysis or suggested replies; provide support; maintain security; diagnose technical issues; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. The Company does not sell personal information.

9. Artificial intelligence features

The Platform may use AI for CV preparation, translation, explanations of employer messages, suggested replies, job matching, and analysis of documents or application information. Depending on the requested feature and availability, providers such as OpenAI, Google Gemini or Groq may be used.

Only information reasonably necessary to provide the requested AI functionality is sent to the applicable provider. The Company does not use Google user data or other personal information to train a general-purpose AI model owned by the Company. AI-generated content is assistive and does not guarantee employment, immigration approval, or any legal or governmental outcome.

10. Automated matching

The Platform may compare a User’s occupation, skills, work experience, languages and job preferences with available vacancies. This matching does not make a final employment, visa, immigration or legal decision. Employment decisions remain with the relevant employer.

11. Sharing of information

Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with employers receiving User-approved applications, CVs, relevant documents and contact details; infrastructure providers for hosting, cloud, databases, email and security; AI providers for requested AI functions; Google for OAuth and Gmail integration; and government authorities where legally required. The Company does not sell information to data brokers.

12. International transfers

Some hosting, cloud, email or AI providers may process information on servers outside Uzbekistan. The Company takes reasonable measures to limit this processing to the purposes described in this Policy.

13. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. While an account is active, this may include profile information, CVs, uploaded documents, application records, Platform communications and Gmail connection records. Limited security and technical logs may be retained for a shorter period for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

14. Account and data deletion

Users may request deletion through Settings → Delete Account and Data where available, or by emailing info@noblemanglobalconsulting.com. Following a valid request, profile information, CVs, uploaded documents, application records, Platform communications and Gmail OAuth tokens may be deleted or de-identified from active systems unless retention is required by applicable law.

15. Disconnecting Gmail

A User may disconnect Gmail without deleting the entire Platform account. When disconnected, locally stored OAuth tokens are removed, the Platform may request revocation of the Google authorisation, and future Gmail API operations stop. Disconnecting Gmail does not delete emails that already exist in the User’s or employer’s mailbox.

16. Backups and security

Operational backups may temporarily retain information for service reliability and disaster recovery. Following deletion from the active system, data may remain temporarily in backup copies; under the current process, backups are generally rotated and deleted within 30 days. Backup copies are not ordinarily used to continue active processing of a deleted account.

The Company uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, which may include HTTPS, OAuth, role-based access controls, restricted administrative permissions, encrypted OAuth tokens, server access controls, monitoring, backups, authentication and authorisation controls. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

17. User choices and third-party services

Subject to applicable law, Users may request access to, correction or deletion of information, object to certain processing, disconnect Gmail, delete their account, or ask about the Company’s privacy practices. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the requester’s identity.

Gmail remains optional. If it is not connected or is disconnected, Gmail-based functions such as sending applications, receiving employer replies and tracking Gmail conversations may be unavailable. The Company does not control privacy practices of independent employer sites or other third-party services linked by the Platform.

18. Legal requirements and policy changes

The Company may retain, process or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a valid court or governmental request, investigate fraud or abuse, protect the security of Users and the Platform, or establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

This Policy may be updated as Platform functions, legal requirements or technical infrastructure change. The revised version will be published here. If a change materially affects the use of Google user data, additional notice may be provided through the Platform where appropriate.
